Our Return Policies:
You changed your mind and want to cancel the order, here’s what you need to know.
- An order will be considered as canceled, only if the order has been canceled within 24 hours of placement of the order. In this case, we will refund your money within 3 business days.
We will accept the returns as per following terms.
- If you refuse delivery for a reason and want a refund, you will be able to get it once we confirm the items are back in our possession with no damage on the product.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to shipping & return', an Item.
- Return of product will be only accepted within the time period of 10 days from the date product was received after that no return for convenience or wrong product selection by buyer.
- Product will be accepted for return in case of manufacturing defect.
Please note that the following cases are NOT eligible for return or replacement.
- There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on special orders or custom sizes orders.
- Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging or shows sign of damage will violate our return policy.
- There are no exchanges on bed frames, headboards, pillows, mattress protectors or mattress toppers.
